The Australian Centre for Retail Studies (ACRS) will hold its Global Retail Insights Seminar (GRI) in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne this week.
The Australian Centre for Retail Studies at Monash University and Google will share their knowledge, experience and opinions in relation to the current international retail scene, as well as illustrate key lessons for Australian retail organisations.
The half day seminar provides topical and relevant insights for those wanting a quick snapshot of what is happening in the retail world as well as an opportunity to network.
The agenda will be based around:
* International Retail Trends, including Multichannel Retailing
* Consumer Trends
* Website Conversion
* Social Media Trends and value across generations
* 2010 Retail Thought Leadership Project – Multichannel Retailing
The GRI seminars will be held in Brisbane on August 3, Sydney August 4 and Melbourne August 5 and runs from 8am to 12pm, including a light breakfast and morning tea.
