Spectrum Analysis has appointed Tom Fonay to its team.
Fonay joins Spectrum following five years at Gloria Jean's Coffees as regional retail leasing manager (VIC, SA, TAS) and development team leader.
He has an intimate knowledge of shopping centres and strip locations throughout Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania, as well as a robust network of contacts in shopping centre leasing and retail leasing companies.
In his new role, Fonay will assist retailers and franchisors in sales prediction modelling, strategic network and territory planning, site selection research, demographic information and mapping. He will also help retailers in lease negotiation.
