Qantas Frequent Flyer has added electronics retailers Dick Smith and Tandy to its program.
The pair joined the program as part of the rollout of the Qantas Frequent Flyer and Woolworths alliance launched in June.
Qantas Loyalty CEO Simon Hickey said shoppers were now able to earn points at participating Dick Smith and Tandy stores by presenting their Woolworths Everyday Rewards card, so long as they have linked their card to their Qantas Frequent Flyer membership.
“Customers will earn one point per dollar spent over $50 in one transaction on a range of electronic goods and gadgets including computing, TVs and home entertainment, digital cameras, mobile phones, gaming, and navigation," Hickey said.
“Dick Smith and Tandy have over 280 participating stores across Australia, and we are pleased to be providing members with new ways to earn points.”
He said Dick Smith and Tandy were the fifth and sixth Woolworths brands to be rolled out under the program.
“Dick Smith and Tandy join Woolworths and Safeway Supermarkets and Liquor, BIG W stores and BWS stores,” Hickey said.
