Phil Smith, CEO of in-store marketing company Adval Australia, has been appointed chairman of the Popai Australia & NZ board. He replaces outgoing chairman, Jeff Gittus, who remains a director. 

David Evans, chief executive of SPOS, has been named Vice Chairman. Other directors are Debbie Schubert, trade marketing mnager of PepsiCo Australia, Dale Rees, general manager of Ergo Asia, and Tom Harris, CEO of Popai.

Anthony Steel, managing director of Frank Steel Displays, is company secretary.
