Marina Bay Sands will bring a host of new emerging fashion brands and store concepts to Singapore as part of the new integrated entertainment complex.
Marina Bay Sands Shoppes will house more than 800,000sqft of retail and restaurant space in Singapore’s first large-scale luxury shopping mall in the CBD. Brands to have committed to stores within the centre include Bally, Blancpain, Bottega Veneta, Breguet, Bulgari, Burberry, Cartier, CHANEL, Fendi, Ferragamo, Franck Muller, Gucci, Hermès, Hublot, Hugo Boss, Louis Vuitton, Max Mara, Miu Miu, Omega, Patek Philippe, Prada, Tiffany & Co. and Yves Saint Laurent.
Singapore and Southeast Asia are increasingly important for retailers. One key trend is the blend of luxury brands and new, emerging labels giving fashion-conscious shoppers a chance to set style trends.
Las Vegas Sands VP retail Asia, David Sylvester, said: “Marina Bay Sands is delivering a new shopping destination and experience in Asia. Our contemporary, open design with breathtaking views of Singapore’s city skyline and our strong line-up of luxury and cutting-edge brands and concepts will define Marina Bay Sands Shoppes as one of the region’s premier malls.”
“Our strategic location and urban resort concept will attract a wider range of customers to our property and increase the opportunities for retailers in Singapore,” Sylvester said.
When it opens in the first quarter of next year, Marina Bay Sands will feature convention and exhibition facilities, a luxury hotel, rooftop Sands SkyPark, museum, Las Vegas-style gaming, theatres, entertainment, and restaurants.
