Police are renewing appeals for information after a pharmacy was robbed by three people, one of whom was wearing a clown mask, at Campbelltown in September.
On Friday 18 September, three males entered the pharmacy on Queen St, near the intersection of Allman St and threatened three staff members with knives and a hammer.
In response to demands, they were given money and pharmaceutical drugs before leaving via the front entrance. It is not known which direction they went in.
No one was injured during the robbery. Police arrived a short time later and a crime scene was established. A dog squad unit attended but was not successful in tracking the offenders.
Campbelltown Crime Manager, Detective Inspector Con Galea, said many people would have been in the area of the pharmacy at the time of the robbery.
“Queen St is Campbelltown’s main street and the three men, particularly the one in the clown mask, would have stood out,” Detective Inspector Galea said.
Anyone with information on those who might have been involved in the robbery or their whereabouts is urged to contact CrimeStoppers on 1800 333 000.
