Former retailer Peter Morrissey has found his feet again, launching a collection of men's and women's clothing through Big W.

The collaboration with Bruno Shiavi, titles Man by Peter Morrissey and Woman by Peter Morrissey, will be available in Big W stores from October 22.

Morrissey has had a rough ride over the past few years. After spending four years as part of the Oroton stable of brands, the Morrissey retail chain was sold off to M Webster Holdings in 2006 as a result of its underwhelming performance.

Earlier this year, Webster Holdings announced that the Spring Morrissey collection would be its last, with the brand to fold.

The new Woman by Peter Morrissey collection consists of five summer dresses as well as a stable of lingerie pieces, while Man is a range of cotton blend briefs and boxers.

Shiavi has worked with several high profile personalities over the years, putting together ranges for people including Delta Goodrem, Janet Jackson, Mark Philippoussis, Brett Lee and Priscilla Presley.
