Suncorp Bank, Australia’s fifth largest listed bank, now enables gift cards and loyalty card platforms on every broadband eftpos terminal.

The platform, known as StickyFeet, is created and powered by Sydney-based marketing and IT company, IQ Gecko.

The StickyFeet Gift card and Loyalty card platform captures real-time Point Of Sale customer data so that merchants can craft ongoing, profitable marketing campaigns, i.e. Customer Engagement Solutions.

StickyFeet is web-based, so merchants don’t need to purchase any software or hardware, they simply log-in and can have a loyalty and gift card programs set up in a matter of minutes. Ongoing marketing communications can also be done from the StickyFeet platform. StickyFeet Merchants have the benefit of a simple low monthly fee with no Merchant Service Fees (MSF) or transaction fees for any StickyFeet transactions.

Michael Rebiffé, sales and marketing manager of IQ Gecko says loyalty and gift cards were previously only the domain of big companies like Coles and David Jones, but now businesses of all sizes; be it individual merchants, multi-location businesses and franchise groups can all enjoy the benefits of the StickyFeet Customer Engagement Solutions.’

Suncorp Bank executive manager channel development Paul Evans said providing merchant customers with the ability to easily set up their own loyalty and gift card programs and market their offers to their valued customers will mean a lot for their businesses.
