More than 50% of shoppers who have visited the Lasoo site have purchased something a survey has found.
Throughout July this year, Nielsen Online tracked shopping visits to Lasoo.com.au. The 250,000 purchases made resulted from consumers seeing items promoted on the site. Nielsen said this was a 25% conversion rate of Lasoo users going from using the site to research sale items before heading in-store to purchase.
The survey findings also revealed that among those who went on to make a purchase from a promoted retailer, almost all did so within a week of visiting Lasoo.com.au; and two-thirds made their purchases within three to four days.
Respondents said Lasoo.com.au provided them with value by listing retail sale items and offers. Close to two thirds of visitors said they would visit the website again and more than 60% said they would return on a weekly basis.
