National fast food chain Noodle Box has opened its first WA store on the emerging retail strip of Beaufort St, Mt Lawley, on the fringe of the Perth CBD.

Noodle Box has been keen to secure a site in WA for some time, however the right location was required to make their debut into the Western Australian market. Its new flagship site is located on a bustling retail strip and in a prominent corner position, allowing Noodle Box to strongly promote their concept to the Perth market."

The deal was negotiated by Adam Musbah, associate director at Lease Equity, who said the deal reflected the increased demand of national and international retailers wanting to expand into WA.

“On the back of this demand, and the current state of growth within WA, a number of retail strips have emerged with an eclectic mix of national and boutique retailers.”

Noodle Box has over 65 stores throughout Australia.
